{"id":15086,"date":"2019-11-10T13:24:00","date_gmt":"2019-11-10T13:24:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.racs-me.com\/?p=15086"},"modified":"2019-12-11T11:56:18","modified_gmt":"2019-12-11T11:56:18","slug":"failure-to-obtain-a-certificate-of-conformity-is-considered-as-a-violation-of-the-legislation-regulations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.racs-me.com\/?p=15086","título":{"rendered":"Failure to obtain a certificate of conformity is considered as a  violation of the legislation\/regulations"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nosotros en RACS, como organismo notificado por la Autoridad de Normalización y Metrología de Emirates (ESMA), le gustaría mantenerlo actualizado en relación con el último anuncio de la autoridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qué: Intensiva de vigilancia del mercado para todos los fabricantes, Comerciantes, e importadores<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Autoridad Unidos de Normalización y Metrología (ESMA), siendo el Organismo Nacional de Normalización y el Cuerpo Nacional de Certificación en virtud de la Ley Federal n. 28 de 2001, desea informar que, en coordinación con las autoridades de los gobiernos locales, llevará a cabo una campaña de inspección intensiva tanto en las salas de exposición y almacenes en el mercado a partir de octubre 01, 2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A este respecto,  todos los comerciantes, importadores, minoristas, and manufacturers shall abide by selling\/displaying\/storing complying products to the relevant legislation and granted Conformity Certificate and make it available <strong>a solicitud o en el momento de la inspección.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>tenga en cuenta:<\/strong> \u201cFailure to obtain a certificate of conformity is considered as a  violation of the legislation\/regulations and may result in legal actions such as penalties etc. Product recalls will be circulated to all relevant Authorities in UAE through the \u201cFederal Manaa System\u201d as a  platform for national product recall systems for all Government Entities and the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RACS es un organismo notificado por ESMA para el programa ECAS.
