RACS QUALITY CERTIFICATES ISSUING SERVICES LLC (“RACS”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of users of the RACS Cloud mobile application (“the App”).

We collect personal information only when you voluntarily submit it, such as:

3.3 Certificate Data

When a QR code is scanned or a certificate number is entered, RACS Cloud retrieves public certificate information only, such as:

  • Certificate status (صالح / منتهي الصلاحية / Revoked)

No sensitive personal data is stored on the user’s device.

Collected information is used strictly to:

  • Verify the authenticity and validity of certificates
  • Display certificate verification results
  • Respond to enquiries and user requests
  • Improve application performance and reliability
  • Prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorized access

  • All data transmission is secured using HTTPS encryption
  • Backend systems are protected with industry-standard security controls
  • Certificate verification uses UUID-based identifiers to prevent guesswork
  • Access to internal systems is restricted to authorized personnel only

RACS implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

RACS does not sell, trade, or rent personal data to third parties.

Information may be shared only:

  • When required by law or regulatory authorities
  • To protect RACS legal rights or prevent fraudulent activity
  • With trusted service providers solely for operational purposes (e.g., hosting or email services)

All service providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

  • Certificate verification logs are retained only as necessary for security and audit purposes
  • Enquiry data is retained only for response and record-keeping
  • Expired or revoked certificates remain stored to maintain verification integrity and historical accuracy

RACS Cloud is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.
RACS does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Subject to applicable laws, users may have the right to:

  • Request access to personal data they have submitted
  • Request correction or deletion of enquiry-related data
  • Withdraw consent for data processing where applicable

RACS Cloud may integrate with third-party services such as:

  • Google Maps (to display office location)

  • Stripe (for payment processing)

Payments are processed by Stripe and payment details are handled directly by Stripe and are not stored, processed, or retained by RACS.

These services are governed by their own privacy policies, and users are encouraged to review them separately.

RACS may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Updates will be published on our official website and reflected in the App where applicable.

Continued use of RACS Cloud after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
